General information on data processing
We take the protection of your personal data very seriously. We treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with the legal data protection regulations and this privacy policy.
Since our website only provides static information and does not use cookies, tracking tools, or forms, we do not collect personal data unless technically necessary when you visit our website.
Provision of the website and creation of log files
Each time our website is accessed, our system automatically collects data and information from the computer system of the accessing computer. The following data is collected:
- Information about the browser type and version used
- The user's operating system
- The user's internet service provider
- The user's IP address
- Date and time of access
- Websites from which the user's system accessed our website
The data is stored in the log files of our system. This data is not stored together with other personal data of the user.
Purpose and legal basis of the processing
The purpose of collecting server log files is to record blocked or malicious website accesses, to ensure forensic activities and the security and stability of our website. The legal basis for data processing is the absolute technical necessity of a server log file as a basic database for error analysis and for security measures as part of the "website" service expressly requested by you in accordance with Section 165 (3) TKG 2021.
Duration of data storage
The data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer required to achieve the purpose for which it was collected. This is usually the case after one month.
Contact
We collect personal data when you provide it to us yourself, for example when you contact us via the on the website provided e-mail address info@vigpp.com. We will, of course, only use the transmitted personal data for the purpose for which you provide it to us. This information is delivered on a voluntary basis and is initiated by you in these cases. If this involves information on communication channels (e.g. e-mail address, telephone number), we will use these channels to contact you in accordance with your request.
Purpose and legal basis of the processing
The purpose of processing your data is to process and respond to your request. The purpose also constitutes the legitimate interest in data processing within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f GDPR.
Duration of data storage
We will delete the data that we have received as soon as it is no longer required to achieve the purpose for which it was collected, i.e. your request has been fully processed and no further communication with you is required or desired by you.
Possibility of objection
You can contact us at any time to request the deletion of the data relating to your request (see contact data above). However, we may then not be able to completely respond to your request.

Data transfer to third parties
Your data will not be transferred to third parties unless we are legally obliged to do so. If external service providers encounter your personal data, we have taken legal, technical and organizational measures to ensure that they comply with the provisions of the data protection laws. In addition, these service providers may only use your data in accordance with our instructions.
Rights of the data subject
Under data protection law, you have the right to information about personal data relating to you (Article 15 GDPR), and to the rectification of your personal data should the personal data processed by us be incorrect or incomplete (Article 16 GDPR). In addition, where permitted by law (Article 17 and 18 GDPR), you also have the right to erasure and restriction of processing of your personal data. If we collect and process your personal data based on your consent, you have the right to data portability (Article 20 GDPR). This means that you receive the data in a structured, common and machine readable format and can demand the transfer of data to a third party if this is technically feasible. If we collect and process your personal data based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw such consent at any time. Such withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out based on your consent prior to withdrawal.
If you wish to exercise your potential rights to information, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and the right to object to processing with regard to your personal data, please send an e-mail containing the relevant request to info@vigpp.com to the controller. We will reply within the time specified by law and without undue delay.
If you believe that processing of your data breaches data protection law or that your entitlements under data protection law have been otherwise infringed, you may make a complaint to the controller (see contact details above) or to the Austrian data protection authority, Barichgasse 40-42, 1030 Vienna.
Currency and modification of this data protection policy
This data protection policy is currently valid and has the status September 20th, 2024.
Due to the further development of our website and offers on it or due to changed legal or official requirements, it may be necessary to change this data protection policy.
